1-1 Holistic Life and Leadership Coaching Package and Sessions

• 3 months of coaching (2 sessions per month, 6 sessions total): $1080
• 6 months of coaching (2 per month, 12 sessions total); $2040
• Individual coaching session: $185

What's included in coaching packages:

• Bi-weekly 50-minute sessions (virtual or in-person in Providence, RI)
• Personalized reflection prompts, somatic practices, and other exercises to inspire growth, integrate new ways of being, and anchor change between sessions
• Additional coaching support between sessions can be discussed

Consulting, workshops, and retreat facilitation
